Refund Policy

At IPTVLaunch, we sell digital products (website templates). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.

No Refund Policy

Because our templates are digital products that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds for:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical skills to use the template
  • Not reading the product description or requirements before purchasing
  • Compatibility issues with your specific hosting environment
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins or themes
  • Customization requests or feature additions
  • Templates that don’t match your expectations (please review demos before purchasing)

Exceptions – Technical Issues Only

We will provide a refund or replacement ONLY in the following cases:

Corrupted or Missing Files

If the downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, or missing essential components, we will:
  • First attempt to provide replacement files
  • If replacement files don’t resolve the issue, issue a full refund

Template Does Not Match Description

If the template fundamentally does not match the advertised features or demo, we will:
  • Investigate the discrepancy
  • Provide missing features or issue a refund if features cannot be provided

Critical Bugs or Errors

If the template contains critical bugs that prevent basic functionality and cannot be fixed by our support team within 7 days, we will issue a refund.

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our technical exceptions policy:
  1. Contact our support team at support@iptvlaunch.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the technical issue
  3. Include screenshots or error messages if applicable
  4. Allow our support team to attempt to resolve the issue first
  5. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your refund request

Refund Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

What We Recommend Before Purchasing

To avoid disappointment, please:
  • Review the live demo – See exactly how the template looks and functions
  • Read the requirements – Ensure you have the necessary hosting and software
  • Check the features list – Verify the template includes what you need
  • Contact support – Ask questions before purchasing if you’re unsure
  • Review documentation – Check if installation seems manageable for your skill level

Support Instead of Refunds

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Most issues can be resolved with proper assistance, including:
  • Installation guidance
  • Configuration help
  • Troubleshooting errors
  • Customization advice
  • Plugin compatibility issues

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
  • You must delete all template files and cease using the template

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly is considered fraud for digital products. If you file a chargeback:
  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • You will be required to remove the template from all websites
  • You may be banned from making future purchases
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action
  • Your information may be shared with fraud prevention services

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are either full (for qualifying technical issues) or not provided.

Bundle Purchases

If you purchased a bundle of templates, refunds will only be considered for the entire bundle if there are technical issues affecting all templates. Individual templates within a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

Why This Policy?

Digital products are different from physical goods because:
  • They cannot be “returned” once downloaded
  • There’s no way to verify if files have been deleted
  • Unscrupulous buyers could download and request refunds
  • We provide live demos and detailed descriptions to preview before purchase
This policy protects both our business and honest customers from fraud while still ensuring you receive working, quality products.
